Stained Glass

Bathed in motherwort,

Adorned with frankincense,

Hydrated through flower essence,

Protected by Archangel Michael's sword,

The swiftness and ease of a stingray

The strength and fierceness as my huntress

Alchemy burned through the dragon's breath of fire

My wholeness is the prism of a stained glass window

Of resilience, courage and survival

My journey through the depths of darkness - the horrors behind humanity's grace

and the terror that exists in what evil hides away ...

Led me to touch the sacred, the divinity

the source of prana within myself.

As my world crumbled around me and there was nothing left to stand on, to hold, or to hope for

I turned within -

Saved by the grace of divine femininity

at the hands of my own attempt to die

broken bones hindered me running away from the danger

hands ziptied to restrain me

a brown paper bag placed over my head to disorient any grounding that I may have come to the Earth knowing

bred to be abused but destined to walk a path of healing

I am wired for growth.
